I can't say enough positive things about Steve, Brent, Laura and the entire team at NS Diesel! When we received a new fleet truck that needed to be modified, I asked around, and 95% of people I asked said that "NS Diesel is the team for the job!" They built our custom 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty from the ground up from stock! They consulted me on every part; from the bumpers, to side steps, wheels, and even recommended better tires to help with road noise and make it a smoother ride. The end result was beyond our expectations! (Photo attached of the completed product.) We have had trucks built before by other local companies, but none were built like this one! NS Diesel also now handles the maintenance on all our local fleet vehicles, as they are set up with our fleet provider for direct billing, which saves us a LOT of time! I highly recommend NS Diesel to complete any job big or small. Always quality work from great staff who know what they are doing (and care!)

Very happy with service and repair. This is an emergency vehicle which would go into maintenance mode at inopportune times delaying response. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem. The vehicle has been running fine ever since.

Got an appointment for an MVI on my camper within a week. It did not need any work so it passed. They were honest and did not try to upsell me to get additional service. Staff were polite and even came out to line up the camper so that I could hook up and pull it out around the other vehicles that would have made it difficult to do so.

Great experience at NS Diesel & Automotive. I needed an alignment and while doing the work they notice my vehicle inspection was overdue. They gave me a call and were able to fit me in and do some additional work to complete the inspection, the work was needed. I found them professional and cost effective, cheers to the staff!

This is our 3rd time at NS Diesel and the level of service continues to impress us. My daughter (17) bought a 1998 Lexus so difficult to source parts and Alex has been super helpful in confirming we have ordered what is needed for the work. He provided regular updates on the rear differential bushing work we had done which Hazel really appreciated as it was a big job that had her car in the shop a few days AND it came in under the original quote, due to the amazing tech who worked on it. She will always come back as she has felt heard about her concerns, and the service is excellent. You have a customer for life and she recommends you all the time!

Bit of a long post....I took a van in after another Diesel company refused to work on it because they said it was too time consuming and didn't want to hold up a bay. Fine. I showed NS Diesel & Automotive what the original company said was wrong with the van and they had no issue in repairing it. They diagnosed it first and low and behold, the original company was incorrect. Reason I am impressed with using this company is the paperwork, they wrote down everything little thing they did (like welding a bolt), & they had pictures on the email to show me what was wrong. Not once did I feel like the van was a burden. They kept me informed the entire time. They gave me a 6-month checkup appointment for the van (that is better than the dentist's office). I know diesel mechanics are hard to come by and they are swamped for time, but I feel they were more than thorough on the van that has over 300,000 on it. The other company told me I should just put it out to pasture. For me it is the little things that make a company good. The technician kept the service advisor, Brent, informed the entire time because he had answers right away when I would call. NS Diesel & Automotive did this and will make me go back.
